  What to do if a parent cannot enter the expected date of birth for their child?

If a parent fails to answer the passphrase it is likely that their child's date of birth is wrong in PRONOTE. In this case, you can:

• either tell them to try the date of birth of another of his children enrolled in the institution,
• or communicate to him/her the date of birth entered in PRONOTE so that he can finalize his vote.
