What should be done if a polling station member is absent from the key ceremony?
It is possible to modify all the data from the electoral process until the key ceremony. As long as this ceremony has not taken place, you can replace a member.
Modify the configuration of the election
- Go to the display Communication > Parent Elections.
- Select the election on the left side of the screen (white line), under the operation it belongs to (pink line).
- In the rubric Polling station members, select the member to delete by clicking on the trash
.
- Add the new member, then transfer the new data to the voting platform by clicking on the button at the top right of the screen.
Activate the new account and resume the ceremony on the voting platform
- The new member activates their account from the widget that invites them to do so, from their PRONOTE account.
- Reconnect to the platform to resume the ceremony.
