  Is it mandatory to designate holders and to attach a declaration of faith to each list?

The mention of holder is not mandatory. The order of the names in each list determines the allocation of seats (for example, if a list obtains three titular positions after the election, the first three names on the list are elected as titular and the next three are substitutes).

The profession of faith is not strictly mandatory, but it is strongly recommended and generally attached to each list. The official texts specify that the elector parents must be able to take note of the declarations of faith on the lists before the election, and that these documents are distributed with the voting material.
