  Is the PRONOTE election module compliant with the RGPD (GDPR)?

The PRONOTE election module is designed to be RGPD compliant. It allows for the organization of elections of parents' representatives in compliance with personal data protection and the fundamental principles governing electoral operations. It guarantees the secrecy of the vote, the sincerity of the poll and the security of data, in accordance with the decree of July 2, 2024, and the requirements of the RGPD.
