  A member of the polling station has an error message when he/she tries to connect to the election platform. What to do?

A message 'Unauthorized access' appears...

If the message "unauthorized access" is displayed, an update of the data from the electoral process to the election platform is surely necessary. Select the concerned electoral process then click on the button Update the platform data.

A message "The query failed. Please try again" appears...

This error message appears when the clock on your machine is not exactly on time (a few tenths of a second are enough to cause problems!)

To detect a possible discrepancy, connect to the following site: https://time.is/fr/

If applicable, you can re-synchronize your machine by going to the Windows settings, tab Time and language, then clicking on the button Synchronize now.
