A member of the polling station created his/her account on the election platform but can no longer connect. What to do?
Incorrect username and/or password
If you are no longer able to log in to the platform even though you have successfully created your account, it may be that your username and/or password are incorrect.
To find your username, contact another member of the polling station: they will find your username filled in.
in the display General information of the election platform.
To reset your password, click on the link Forgotten password? then enter your username: if your username is correct, you will receive a notification on your PRONOTE account with a six-digit code that will allow you to continue the reset by e-mail or SMS.
Error message "Unauthorized access"
If the message "unauthorized access" is displayed, an update of the data from the electoral process to the election platform is surely necessary.
Select the concerned electoral process then click on the button Update the platform data.
