• Election of the parent representatives: introduction

The display Communication > Parent Elections allows you to organize the elections of the representatives of the students' parents in accordance with decree no. 0157 of July 2, 2024, while respecting the protection of personal data and the fundamental principles that govern electoral operations. Of all the tools made available in your software, it is the only one to comply with the requirements of the CNIL and the Ministry of National Education regarding electronic elections.

Thanks to this new feature:

• the configuration of the characteristics of the electoral operation (dates, lists, candidates, constitution of the polling station, voters) is carried out in a few clicks from the Client,
• the confidentiality of the ballots is ensured with an encryption secret distributed among the members of the polling station, and a total seal between the ballot box and the sign-in list,
• all the important steps of the operation are under the control of the polling station members on a dedicated Webspace,
• the data integrity of the operation is ensured throughout the process,
• ten days after the counting, all data is automatically deleted.
