I want to give voters the opportunity to vote with a paper ballot. How to proceed?
Organize the elections in two stages: first define an electronic voting period, then a classic format voting period.
When the electronic voting period is over, go to the election platform, display List of voters électeurs then click on Download the list. This printed sign-in list will allow you to record the paper votes of the remaining voters.
Caution: you must wait for the recovery of all the ballots, paper ballots included, to be able to proceed with the electronic counting. In PRONOTE, adjust the dates of the electoral process accordingly: if the date of the counting ceremony is too close to the closing date of the electronic vote, voters will not have time to vote on paper.
