  • Election of the parent representatives, step 5: preside over the counting ceremony

Like the key ceremony, the counting ceremony takes place in person, on the premises of the institution. It takes place once the elections are over.

Connected to an administrator's election platform, the members of the station enter their passphrase again to proceed with the count.

  1. Go to the display Vote counting ceremony. 
  2. Click on the button Start then follow the steps.



  3. In step 3, enter your passphrase in turn; if a passphrase is missing, tick the box to the right of the entry zone.



  4. Click on Proceed with the counting: the results are instantly visible on the election platform of the polling station members and voters (tab Dashboard).
