Election of the parent representatives, step 3: preside over the key ceremony
The key ceremony precedes the start of the elections. It takes place in person, on the premises of the institution - consider booking a room for the occasion!
During the key ceremony, the members of the station meet to schedule the automatic sealing of the ballot box, which will be triggered 24 hours before the start of the electoral operation.
To do this, they each enter their passphrase in a dedicated display on an administrator's election platform.
3.1. Verification of the polling station
In the Client PRONOTE
- Go to the display Communication > Parent Elections.
- Select the election (white line).
- The columns Account active and Passphrase indicate if the members of the station have activated their account and created their phrase.
On the election platform
- Go to the display General information.
- The columns Account et Passphrase indicate to you if the members of the station have activated their account and created their phrase.
3.4. Ceremony of the Keys
- Go to the tab Key ceremonies.
- Click on the button Start, then follow the steps.
- In step 4, take turns entering your passphrase.
If you forgot your passphrase, it can still be changed at this step. - Click on Proceed to the drawing: the sealing of the ballot box is triggered and will be effective 24 hours before the start of the election; the passphrases are no longer modifiable.
