Election of the parent representatives, step 2: activate one’s account on the election platform and create a secret phrase
If you are a member of the polling station, you must activate your account on the election platform and then create your passphrase. Each member of the station will have to enter their secret phrase during the key and counting ceremonies.
Secret phrases must be created before the ceremony of the keys. To limit the risk of errors, only alphabetic characters in lowercase and numbers are accepted (no uppercase, no space, no accent, no punctuation or other special characters).

2.1. Activation of the member account
- Go to the homepage of the Client PRONOTE.
- On the widget Polling station member, click on Create my account: the election platform opens in your browser.
The same widget is displayed on the home page (Client PRONOTE or Webspace/Mobile App) of each member of the polling station. - Select an authentication method, then recover the code sent in your e-mail inbox or on your phone.
- Enter a username, create a password (different from your PRONOTE password), then click on Activate my account: you access the dashboard of the election platform.
2.2. Creation of a secret phrase
- Click on Define my secret phrase.
- Enter the passphrase a first time, then a second time for security reasons.
It is essential to remember your passphrase: choose a sentence that you already know, that you like (proverb, etc.) and write it down somewhere. - Click on Save my Passphrase. If necessary, you can modify it until the key ceremony - but not after!
