I would like families and teachers to only see the updated timetable for the next two weeks.

You can limit the consultation of timetables to a certain number of weeks beyond the current week.

For timetables viewed from the Students, Parents and Teaching Assistants Webspaces:

Go to the corresponding display:
- Internet Webspaces > Students> Parameters of the Students Webspace;
- Internet Webspaces > Parents > Parameters of the Parents Webspace;
- Internet Webspaces > Teaching Assistants > Parameters of the Teaching Assistants Webspace.
In the tree structure on the left of the screen, select the Student Administration > Timetable: additional parameters appear on the right of the tree structure.
Tick the option Limit the consultation to the timetable just to the current week and the following X open weeks (specifying the number of weeks in the appropriate field).

Go to Internet Webspaces > Teachers > Parameters of the Teachers Webspace.
Select the concerned profile from the drop-down
In the rubric Consultation of the timetables, tick the option Limit the number of weeks available for consultation, while specifying the number of weeks (line below Weeks available for consultation after the current week).
