Deactivate the messaging service during a specific time period

By default, messaging service is only active from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week, including weekends. At present, it is not possible to customize this time slot for individual users, but you can extend or reduce it in the menu Parameters > Communication > Mail/SMS/Messaging service. 

Configure the use of the discussions in the institution

For your information: deactivating the messaging service does not prevent the sending of SMS or information.  

Delayed publication of grades

By default, grades are published one day later on the Students Webspace and an additional day later on the Parents Webspace. You can increase this delay and change the time (7 a.m.) at which grades are published daily in the display Internet Webspace > Students or Parents.

For your information: publishing new grades or tests does not generate notifications to the students and parents.

No new homework during weekends or vacations

You can prohibit the entry of assignments outside of school hours, particularly during weekends and holidays, or send an alert to teachers.
