Sharing an pedagogical resource with a class
The display Pedagogical tools > Pedagogical resources > Resources for students allows you to view resources available to students and share new documents/websites with them.
Display a class's pedagogical resources
- Select the display Resources for students.
- In the drop-down menu, tick the class and click on Validate. PRONOTE displays all the resources in the class corresponding to the types ticked below:
- attached document,
- web sites,
- MCQ,
- topics, corrected copies,
- rendered assignments,
- Cloud documents.
Resources added from the homework notebook are displayed on a gray background; those added directly from this display, on a white background.
Making a pedagogical resource available to students
- Select the display Resources for students.
- In the second drop-down menu, tick the class(es) for which you want to make the resource available and click on Validate.
- Click on the add line and select the type of resource to add.
Share with a class a resource already available to another class
If you did not designate all recipient classes when you uploaded a document, you can recover it and share it with another class without having to upload it again.
- Select the display Resources for students.
- In the second drop-down menu, tick the class(es) for which you want to make the resource available and click on Validate.
- Click on the add line and select Among another class's document.
- In the pop-up window, select the resource and validate.
