Enter your contact details

Go to your application's menu.
Open the rubric Personal information > Account.
Click on My profile.
Enter your cell phone number and e-mail address in the corresponding fields.

You can enter your cell phone number and e-mail address, while specifying that you do not wish to be contacted by these means of communication on a daily basis. To do so, you must also configure your contact preferences (see below). If you do not provide this information, the institution will not be able to contact you at all, even in cases of real necessity.

Enter your contact preferences

Go to your application's menu.
Open the rubric Personal information > Account.
Click on Contact preferences.
If you do not wish never to be contacted by text message, e-mail, or postal mail for any reason, please un-tick the corresponding box(es).
If you do not wish to be contacted in certain situations, un-tick the corresponding boxes:
- Information not related to the student,
- Report cards and gradebooks,
- Information related to the student (information concerning Student Administration, such as absences or punishments, for example),
- Information from teachers.
