  Is it possible to reject a signature?

If the institution-s manager considers that a signature is incomplete despite taking into account the platform, it is not possible to ask a single signatory to redo their signature.

The institution-s manager must cancel the entire process. For this, in the signature tracking list, you must select the document, then click on the button Cancel the process. In the column Document status, the mention Cancelled signatures appears.

For this document, the signature circuit must be restarted from the beginning. In fact, those who signed correctly during the initial sending will have to reiterate their signature.
