  • Electronic signature, step 1: Activate the electronic signature service and assign the rights

For all document templates, it is now possible to define a signature circuit and recover the document signed by all parties. This service must be activated in the software by a superadministrator to be used. Caution, this service may incur additional costs.

Activate the service

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Electronic signature.
  2. Tick Activate the service.



  3. A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.

Assign the rights to users

For the administrative users

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. Click on the display User group.
  3. In the left menu, select the concerned user group and then select the category Communication.
  4. Tick Configure and send documents for electronic signature, and eventually Digitally sign documents on behalf of the institution.

For the teachers

A right also exists for teachers to allow them to send a document for electronic signature. Go to the display Resources > Teachers > Authorization profiles. Select the profile, then, in the category Communication, tick Send a document for electronic signature. This feature is only available when the teacher is logged in Teacher mode (from a Client PRONOTE).
