Electronic signature, step 1: Activate the electronic signature service and assign the rights
 
For all document templates, it is now possible to define a signature circuit and recover the document signed by all parties. This service must be activated in the software by a superadministrator to be used. Caution, this service may incur additional costs.
Activate the service
- Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Electronic signature.
 - Tick Activate the service.
 - A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.
 
Assign the rights to users
For the administrative users
- Go to the menu File > User administration.
 - Click on the display 
 User group. - In the left menu, select the concerned user group and then select the category Communication.
 - Tick Configure and send documents for electronic signature, and eventually Digitally sign documents on behalf of the institution.
 
For the teachers
A right also exists for teachers to allow them to send a document for electronic signature. Go to the display Resources > Teachers > 
 Authorization profiles. Select the profile, then, in the category Communication, tick Send a document for electronic signature. This feature is only available when the teacher is logged in Teacher mode (from a Client PRONOTE).
