What are the modalities for publishing grades and how can I modify them?
Depending on the institution, the procedures for publishing grades may form part of the school's pedagogical project or be integrated into a communication charter.
Publication date of grades on the Students Webspace
The grades are published as the year progresses, after the teacher has entered them. The default publication date can be offset to give teachers time to return copies to students before publication.
Default configuration
The default, the publication date for grades is: 1 day after the test or evaluation date (entered by the teacher).
Possible configuration
In the display Internet Webspaces > Students, rubric Grades > My grades, you can modify the default publication date by choosing from these 4 options:
- date of the test or evaluation
- 1 day after the date of the test or evaluation
- 3 days after the date of the test or evaluation
- a week after the date of the test or evaluation
Publication date for grades on Parents Webspace
The grades are also published on the Parents Webspace. The settings allow you to offset the date of publication to parents so that students are always the first to learn about their grade.
Default configuration
By default, the date of publication of grades is: 1 day after students.
Possible configuration
- the same day as students
- 1 day after students
- 3 days after the students
- one week after the students
Publication of the averages
Default configuration
All averages are published.
Possible configuration
- not to display the class average with each test by un-ticking the corresponding option;
- not to display the student and class averages for each service by un-ticking the corresponding options;
- not to display the student's overall average by un-ticking the corresponding option;
