Configure the authorizations linked to competence reference frames
Evaluation of competencies can be conducted by domain and/or by subject. By default, teachers and staff can create and modify the grids, and enter evaluations by selecting the competencies in the grids of their choice (grid per subject/grid per domain).
Configure the authorizations linked to competencies for the teachers
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles. - Select the profile from the list on the left.
- To the right, unfold the category Competencies.
- Tick the authorized actions.
You can authorize teachers to modify the reference frames. Note, however, that these modifications apply to everyone: if a teacher modifies a reference frame, he/she will also modify it for his/her colleagues.
Furthermore, it is not necessary to restrict the entry of evaluations from the reference frames per domain in order to have assessments per domain. Likewise, it is not necessary to restrict the entry of evaluations from the reference frames per subject in order to obtain periodic assessments.
Configure the authorizations linked to competencies for staff in Administrative Mode
- Go to the menu File > User administration.
- Select the user group on the left.
- Select the category Competencies in the tab PRONOTE.
- Tick the authorized actions.
Configure the authorizations linked to competencies for staff in Student Administration Mode
- Go to the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles.
- Select the profile from the list on the left.
- To the right, unfold the category Competencies.
- Tick the authorized actions.
