How to merge two grading services into one
Step 1: Transfer tests from one service to another (optional)
- Go to the display Grades > Entry of the grades >
List. - Select the tests, right-click and choose Change the service of the selected tests.
- In the pop-up window, select the new service and validate.
Step 2: Transfer the evaluations from one service to another (optional)
- Go to the display Competencies > Evaluations >
List of evaluations of the academic year. - Select the evaluations, right-click and choose Modify > Service.
- In the pop-up window, select the new service and validate.
Step 3: Merge the two services
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
Services per class. - Keep the service to which you've transferred tests and evaluations, then deactivate the other service.
You can't deactivate the service if the teacher has already started filling in the report card for the corresponding period (appraisals, proficiency levels); delete them to be able to merge the services.
