Create a service manually
Creating a service may be necessary if you have created a course after initializing the PRONOTE base with EDT data, or if you wish to include an additional line on the report card (for example, for a course taken through the CNED 5distant learning), a specialization course taken at another school, a conduct rating, etc.).
- Verify that the subject corresponding to the service is included in the list of subjects; if necessary, create one.
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
Services per class. - Select a class in the list on the left.
- Click on Create a service: a window appears.
- Double-click on the subject of the service to add it: a new window appears.
- In this new window, tick the teacher(s) to be added, then click on Validate: the service appears in the list.
Manually created services can be identified in the list by the absence of a green "T" (second column of the table from the left).
