Determining the breakdown of official grading periods
By default, the dates of the official periods are used to initialize the dates of publication of gradebooks, report cards and assessments on the Webspaces. At the start of the academic year, choose the type of grading (quarterly, half-yearly or continuous) applied in the institution; you can also modify the dates of these periods.
- Go to the menu Parameters > INSTITUTION > Grading periods.
- In the rubric A by default grading type for the classes, select a period type (trimestral, semestrial or continuous).
- Modify the dates of the periods by double-clicking in the columns From... and To....
