  • How do I import a reference frame from a spreadsheet?

Importing from a spreadsheet allows you to create a subject reference frame for a cycle that is not already available in PRONOTE. A cycle is defined by a set of subjects or domains. It refers to teaching cycles 2, 3 and 4, and all other CAP, Bac pro, BTS diplomas, etc. Cycle subjects must already exist in your base.

  2. Save the file in text format or*.csv.

  3. In PRONOTE, launch the command Imports/Exports > TXT/CSV/XML > Import a text file and designate the file.

  4. In the pop-up window that appears, match the PRONOTE columns and fields as for any text import specifying at the top of the drop-down menu whether the reference frame is per subject or per domain.
