A teacher is unable to enter evaluations for one of his groups. What can he/she do?
Verify that there is an active service associated with this group:
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
Services per class. - Select the concerned class(es) from the list on the left.
- If services are inactive, double-click on the corresponding gray dot: the dot turns green, the service is now active.
You can also create services in groups from the display Resources > Groups >
Services per group.
