  • How do I configure services for special-needs classes (ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A)?

Students with special needs (ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A) belong to their affiliated class. You detach them from this class for courses organized with their coordinating teacher. To enable the coordinator to grade/evaluate his/her students, a dedicated group must be created: this is the group with which you will populate the coordinator's service(s).

Create a ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A group

  1. Go to the display Resources > Groups >  List.
  2. Click on Create a group, name it, then click on the key Enter on your keyboard.
  3. On the right-hand side of the screen, click on Add a student to the group, select all students linked to the same special needs class, then click on Validate.

Create a ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A service

  1. Go to the display Resources > Groups >  Services per group.
  2. Select the group, then click on Create a service.
  3. In the pop-up window, select a subject, then click on Validate.
  4. Tick the name of the coordinating teacher, then click on Validate.
  5. If you wish to give the coordinator the possibility of grading the students, double-click in the column Evaluation mode: of the mode Without grades, the service switches to the mode With Grades.
