Which users can enforce a sanction?
All users authorized to enter sanctions can be an Applicant, but only staff who have been previously designated in their form can appear as Decision makers. To designate authorized personnel, you must be a user of the group Administration.
- Go to the display Resources > Staff >
Form. - Select the concerned staff members from the list on the left.
- In the right-hand panel, click on the button
in the rubric Identity, then tick Decision maker for sanctions in the pop-up window.
