Recording incidents
Enter an incident report
- Go to the display Discipline > Incidents >
Entry of the incidents.
- Click on Report a new incident.
- In the pop-up window, enter the date and time and the motive of the incident, then click on Validate.
- Select the incident from the list.
- Click on Add a protagonist, then specify the protagonist's involvement and identity; add as many protagonists as required.
- Fill in the information in the field Circumstances.
- If the incident has no consequences for the perpetrator, click on the button N in the rubric People involved; otherwise, you can issue a punishment, initiate disciplinary proceedings or set up an educational committee.
Distribute the incident report throughout the institution
- Go to the display Discipline > Incidents > Entry of the incidents.
- Select the incident from the list on the left; the incident report appears on the right.
- In the rubric Send information within the institution (at the bottom of the screen), click on the button
.
- In the pop-up window, verify the list of recipients by clicking on the button "eye" in the top right-hand corner of the window; by default, the information is sent to the members of the pedagogical team and the PEC of the student's level.
- You can add an attachment by clicking on the button
.
- Verify the publication period of the information, then click on the button Publish.
