Configure the report card and/or competence mock-ups
Step 1: Define the report card mock-ups
Report cards
- Go to the display Report cards > Mock-ups >
Specification.
- In the list of mock-ups on the left of the screen, select the mock-up Standard: a preview of the mock-up appears in the center of the screen.
You can also create new mock-ups (click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the list of mock-ups) or duplicate existing mock-ups in order to modify them (right-click on a mock-up title, then the command Duplicate). - In each tab Header, Body, Footer, Class's report card, tick the elements to be included on the report card.
You can come back to this template several times, but you must first define the fields to be filled in by the teachers:
- the program elements, by modifying the maximum number of elements per subject.
- the number and the type of appraisals, by possibly modifying the maximum number of characters.
The modifications made in the rubric Program elements apply to all the templates.

- If you want to group several subjects under the same heading, select them and click on the button Group the selection (the name you give to the group is displayed vertically).
- Configure the display of sub-services:

- either by selecting Personalized configuration for a particular service,
Step 3: Assign mock-ups to the classes

- Go to the display Report cards > Mock-ups >
Allocation per period and per class.
