How do I configure the display of the services corresponding to needs groups on the report card?
If students have changed needs group during the trimester and have been graded by several teachers, several lines are displayed on the report card. You can combine these lines into one and select the data to be displayed.
First step: Linking the relevant services
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
Services per class.
- Select the class on the left.
- If a whole-class French/mathematics already exists, this is the service to which you will attach the group services. If all French/mathematics services are grouped, create a whole-class service for the subject by selecting one of the teachers.
- Select the French/mathematics group services, right-click and choose Affiliate the group services.
- In the window, double-click on the whole-class service.
- The whole-class service and all group services are displayed as sub-services of a main service.
Step 2: Customize the display on the report card
- Go to the display Report cards> Mock-ups>
Customization of subjects per class.
- Select the class on the left.
- Select the service with its sub-services on the right.
- If you don't like the default display, choose a customized setting.
- For example, you could display a single line with the average for all sub-services, and still show the names of all the teachers.
- You can also leave all sub-services with their respective averages.
