  How do I edit the report card of a student who has changed class during the year?

In the event of a change of class during the year, PRONOTE automatically generates a report card for the student's new and old classes. You can choose to print the report card for the current class or for both classes.

There are several reasons for this choice:

• The grades and appraisals of the previous pedagogical team are not always in line with those of the new team, particularly if the programs are not followed in the same chronological order.
• The number of grades used to calculate a service average may not correspond to the number of tests actually completed by the student.
• Including all the tests on the same report card would mean attaching the tests to the services of the new class. On the one hand, not all the grading services present in the student's old class necessarily exist in the new one, and on the other hand, this would change the overall average of the services of the old class, thus modifying the report cards already issued.
