How does automatic positioning work?
There are 4 calculation modes for defining the evaluations to be taken into account (in all cases, evaluations with a zero coefficient are ignored):
- Mode 1: all the displayed evaluations;
- Mode 2: the last 5 evaluations; when evaluations take place on the same date, those with the best results are taken into account;
- Mode 3: the 5 highest-scoring evaluations;
- Mode 4: all the evaluations with progressive coefficients (coeff 1 for the oldest, then 2, then 3...)
The scale of values used for calculation is defined in Parameters > Evaluation > Proficiency levels.
The result obtained for each evaluation taken into account is transformed into points with the default values:
= 50 points |
= 40 points |
= 25 points |
= 10 points
When intermediate levels are used = 33 points and
= 18 points.
In the case of mode 4, the number of points for each evaluation is multiplied by its coefficient.
This gives a number of points per subject for each student.
This number of points is divided by the number of evaluations to obtain a value on a scale of 1 to 4, where:
= more than 45 points
= between 33 and 45 points
= between 18 and 33 points
= less than 18 points
