How can I enable coordinating teachers to fill in the overall appraisals on their students' report cards (ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A)?
Only homeroom teachers and tutors can enter overall appraisals. Assign one or other of these roles to the coordinating teacher, then a profile with the corresponding authorizations.
Possibility 1: added as 2nd homeroom teacher
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
List. - Double-click in the column Homeroom teach. to add the coordinating teacher as the second homeroom teacher.
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles. - Select the profile used by the coordinating teacher, then tick the authorization Appraisals > Enter the overall appraisals.
Possibility 2: add as a tutor
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers >
Form. - Select the coordinating teacher from the list, then double-click on Is not the tutor of any student (rubric Identity, on the right of the screen).
- In the pop-up window, tick the names of the students he/she teaches, then click on Validate.
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers > Authorization profiles.
- Select the profile used by the coordinating teacher, then tick the authorization Appraisals > Enter the overall appraisals.
