  Some of the evaluated competencies do not have to be taken into account when calculating positions...

To ignore certain competencies when calculating, click on the button  in the top right-hand corner of the list, then un-tick the concerned competencies in the pop-up window. These will also not appear in the evaluation synthesis table.
