  Do teachers have access to previous years' report cards?

Yes, in the display Report cards > Old report cards in the Teachers Webspace or in the display Report cards > Archives > Report cards and periodic assessments from previous years, provided that the authorization Results / Orientations / Scholastic disengagement > Consult the report cards and periodic assessments from previous years is ticked in Resources > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
