I have recovered the previous year's data but the report cards are not displayed.
The recovery of the report cards is not carried out via the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base. It is automatic. In principle, you don't have to do anything to recover these documents.
Case 1: No report cards are visible in the base
If no report card is visible in the display Report cards > Archives > Report cards and periodic assessments from previous years on the first day of the new academic year, you can:
- wait a few days - the generation of report cards sometimes takes a little longer for some institutions, (no later than late September / early October),
- contact our support service to ask them to speed up the recovery process (even after their intervention, it may take a few days before you can see the report cards in the current year's database).
In case of emergency, you can print or generate the previous year's report cards in a PDF format by connecting to the N-1 base.
Case 2: Some report cards are visible, others not
If the problem appears for some students but not for others, verify the identity matching between the current base and the base(s) of previous years:
- Go to the display Communication > Identity management > Identification of users.
- Select a previous year from the drop-down menu.
- In the second drop-down menu, select Students; in the third drop-down menu, select PRONOTE.
- Tick the box Only those not reconciled.
- Double-click in the column Username then match the student list with the data shown in the window.
