REPORT CARDS - Send the report cards by mail with Maileva
Maileva's paperless mailing service enables authorized users to send mail in just two clicks. The mail is forwarded to La Poste, which takes care of printing, enveloping, postage and delivery. Mail tracking is controlled from within the software.
To send the report cards via Maileva:
- Click on the button
or on the button Print the report cards from the display Report cards > Distribution > 
Printing of the report cards. - Specify the data to be printed and the recipients.
- In the mail dispatching window, select the type of output Maileva.
- Select the type of postage from the drop-down menu.
The default postage selected can be specified in the menu Parameters > COMMUNICATION > Mail/SMS/Messaging service. - Indicate whether you opt for black & white and/or double-sided printing.
- Click on the button Preview to verify the data before sending.
Only letters with an envelope address can be sent with Maileva. - In the preview window, at the bottom right, click on the button Send.
