How to indicate that an average is non-representative?
You can indicate that an average is not representative in PRONOTE, but only services that are potentially evaluated in continuous assessment in 10th and 11th grade.
Step 1: Activate the display of the non-representative average
- Go to the menu Parameters > Evaluation > Grading.
- In the rubric Averages of the subjects counting for the continuous assessment of the Baccalaureate, tick Allows teachers of the 10th and 11th grade to indicate that a periodic average is not representative.
- Indicate whether you wish to display NR in addition to or instead of the representative average.
Step 2: Contact the concerned students
Once the teacher has entered the non-representative averages, it is possible to extract the concerned students.
- Go to the display Results > Classes >
Average table.
- Select one or more classes.
- For the period, select Year (Two semesters) or Year (Three trimesters).
- Click on the No. N-R column to sort and quickly view the students concerned.
A column N-R is also added to the summaries. - To send a letter or information to the concerned students, select them, right-click and launch the command Extract the selected students.
