How do teachers' enter appraisals?
The teachers enter appraisals from their Teachers Webspace, or from the Client PRONOTE in Teacher mode. If you give them the authorization, they can use an entry assistant. The appraisals in the entry assistant can be pre-configured from your account and/or added by teachers. While the entry assistant is a useful time-saving tool for filling in the report cards, its use is optional and subject to authorization.
Authorize teachers to use the entry assistant
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles. - Select the concerned profile from the list on the left.
- On the right, tick Appraisals > Use the entry assistant.

To activate the entry assistance, the teacher clicks on the icon 
located at the top right of the screen: the appraisal library opens, allowing you to fill in appraisals for each student, from top to bottom 
or from left to right 
(when several columns are to be filled in).
