PRONOTE - How to enter the positionings on the report card?

On the report card, you can display positionings in two different ways:

either in a separate column, next to the average column,
or in the average column, to replace the averages (to be used only if the concerned class has services of the type Without grades).

The periodic assessment of competencies can also be added to the report card, at the bottom of the page: in the display Report cards > Mock-ups >

Specification, tab Footer, tick Assessment of Cycle at end of period.

Method 1: Show positioning next to the average

Go to the display Report cards > Mock-ups > Specification: in the tab Body, frame Details of the averages, verify that the options - the average (student's positioning) and - the student's proficiency level for all the services are ticked.
Go to the display Report cards > Entry of the appraisals > Entry of teachers' appraisals per subject.
Select a class and then a subject from the lists on the left of the screen.
In the column Pos. click on the button ; in the pop-up window, click on Yes.

If the button is grayed, no competence evaluation has been entered for this service: automatic positioning calculation is unavailable. If necessary, you can add a positioning manually.
In the report card, positioning appears in a separate column, next to the average.

Go to the display Report cards > Mock-ups > Specification: in the tab Body, frame Details of the averages, verify that the option - the average (or student's positioning) is ticked and the option - the student's proficiency level for all the services is un-ticked.
Go to the display Report cards > Entry of the appraisals > Entry of teachers' appraisals per subject.
Select a class and then a subject from the lists on the left of the screen.
In the column Pos. click on the button ; in the pop-up window, click on Yes.
In the report card, positionings replace averages for the services of the type Without grades; if the service is of the type With Grades, the positioning is not displayed (even if competence evaluations have been entered in addition to graded tests).
