  • Indicate the sealing date for the grades, appraisals, etc.

Once a grading period has been sealed, it is no longer possible to create, modify or delete the tests, grades and parameters relating to tests and services for the period. Once the sealing date has passed, however, you can momentarily unseal the period to make changes.
  1. Go to the display Resources > Class > Sealing of the periods.
  2. Click on the button at the top of the column Grades. 
  3. In the pop-up window, select an immediate sealing, or deferred the sealing if you plan the sealing in advance.
