How to identify students with at least one non-representative average
You can quickly identify students in 10th or 11th grade with at least one unrepresentative average.
To view non-representative averages, the corresponding option must be ticked in Parameters > Evaluation > Grading, rubric Averages of the subjects counting for the continuous assessment of the Baccalaureate.
- Go to the display Results > Classes >
Average table.
- Select one or more classes.
- For the period, please select Year (Two semesters) or Year (Three trimesters).
- Click in the column No. N-R. to sort and quickly view the students concerned. A column N-R. is also added to the summaries.
- To send a letter or information to the concerned students, select them, right-click and launch the command Extract the selected students.
- Then launch the communication command of your choice (document, e-mail, SMS, information, etc.) from the display Resources > Students >
List.
