How do I send report cards to the original institutions?
- Go to the display Resources > Students >
Student folders.
- If you wish to send report cards by e-mail, verify that you have entered the e-mail addresses of the originating institutions: go to the tab Identity of a student's form, click on the button
of the rubric Schooling and, in the pop-up window, click on the button
next to the drop-down menu Originating institution. In the pop-up window, enter the e-mail addresses of the institutions.
- Then go to Report cards > Distribution >

- Proceed in the same way as for printing or sending to parents: select a class and the concerned student from the list on the left, the period from the drop-down menu on the right, then click on the button
in the tool bar.
- In the pop-up window, frame Choice of recipients, tick Copy for the institution and Sort by the originating institution (un-tick Guardians if you have already sent them the report cards).
- Choose the Type of output:
- if you tick E-mail, each student's report card will be e-mailed to the originating institution;
- if you tick PDF (to send each institution all the report cards that concern it, in a single e-mail), then tick A *.pdf document per resource, click on the button
and, in the pop-up window, tick The originating institution: you'll be able to identify which PDFs need to be sent to which institutions simply by looking at the file names.
- Click on Generate or E-mail.
