  Can mathematical formulas be included in an MCQ?

You can insert mathematical formulas into a MCQ using the equation editor:

To add one to the statement, click on the button . Equation editor when you create your questions.

To add it to an answer (Single Choice and Multiple Choice questions only), tick the option With formatting, click on Propose a response and then click on the button .
