Safeguard the MCQ from one year to the next
To reuse your MCQ from one year to the next, remember to safeguard them at the end of the year, along with your other teaching resources (progressions and appraisals).
Export the current year's MCQ
- Go to the display Pedagogical tools > MCQ > My MCQ.
- Click on the icon
: a window appears.
- Select the option Save file.
- Save the generated .zip file on your computer.
If no window appears when you click the icon your browser may be blocking its opening: authorize the download directly from the search bar. Depending on your browser settings, the .zip file may also download automatically to your computer (unless you change your mind, you'll find it in your folder Downloads).
Re-import previous year's MCQ
- Go to the display Pedagogical tools > MCQ > My MCQ.
- Click on the icon : a window appears.
- Click on Choose the file.
- Select the .zip file generated last year, then click Open.
