Create an event in the agenda
The PRONOTE agenda enables staff and teachers to share events with the whole educational community. Each user sees only the events that concern him or her. There are two types of view:

- chronological: to display the most recent events in list form
- weekly: to view events for the current week (or for another week, select from the calendar next to it)
- Go to the tab Communication > Agenda.
- Click on:
- the button New event, if you are in Chronological view,
- the button
of the day in question, if you are in Weekly view.
- In the pop-up window, enter a title, then fill in the event content.
- Select a category from the drop-down menu.
- Add an attachment by clicking on the button
.
- Specify the date of the event, including times if applicable.
- If the event is recurrent, click on the button Define a periodicity. In the pop-up window, define the period over which the event will be repeated, and what conditions will apply: times, frequency, days concerned. Validate.
- By default, the event is shared. Indicate the people concerned (in addition to users in group Administration who can see all shared events):
- if the event is linked to classes or groups, click on By classes or groups. In the pop-up window, tick the concerned classes or groups, then tick the type of recipient: Guardians, Students, Teachers, Staff or Internship counselors.
- if the event is not linked to a class or group, click on On an individual basis. In the pop-up window, click on the three-dot buttons and tick the recipients.
To have the event appear only in your agenda, un-tick the option Share with. - Click on the button Validate.
