How do you know if a piece of information has been read?
This involves consulting the acknowledgements of receipt of information.
PREREQUISITE: the option with acknowledgement of receipt has been ticked when the information was distributed.

- In Communication > Information & surveys, select the panel Distributed.
- Select a piece of information from the list (if it's not unfolded, click on it) and click on the button View the responses.
- In the pop-up window, acknowledgements are sorted by type of recipient. Clicking on a panel gives a detailed view of who has acknowledged receipt of the information.
