  • How to use survey templates for self-assessment on bullying in schools?

Step 1: Download and import the survey template into PRONOTE. 

An updated version of the survey template is available on the Index Education website. This survey includes the option for students to add their first and last names at the end of the questionnaire.
  1. Go to the page PRONOTE - Help with self-assessment on bullying and download the template that suits your institution, or select directly here:

  2. On the Teachers Webspace, go to the display Communication > Info & surveys.
  3. In the menu on the left, go to Survey templates. Then click on the button New, then on Recover the survey templates from a template file.



  4. In the new window, click on Choose the file, and select the file you imported.
  5. The survey now appears in your templates.



Step 2: Offer the survey to students via PRONOTE

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Distributed, and click on the button New then Conduct a survey.

  2. Select the concerned classes by clicking on the button , then tick Students as recipients.



  3. Then click on the button Recover a template, Select the survey recovered in Step 1, then validate. The survey configuration and content are automatically pre-filled.



Step 3: Customize the survey

You can adapt the survey to the needs of your institution.

  1. To add a question or text between two sets of questions, at the top of the list on the left click on question or text.
  2. To delete a question, select it from the list, then click the button .
  3. To edit a question, select it and edit the text that appears on the right.


Step 4: Publish the survey

  1. Check that the button Anonymous survey is selected.



  2. Tick the box Publish and enter the beginning and ending dates of publication by double-clicking on the calendars.



  3. Click on Publish.
  4. Students are notified on their Webspace and on the app as soon as the date of publication is announced.



    Step 5: Analyze the survey responses and publish them

    1. Click on the button View the responses located on the right side of the screen when the survey is selected from the list. 



    2. To publish the results, click on the button Share the survey results.
    3. A new distribution window with pre-filled information opens and the results are automatically attached to the publication.
    4. Select recipients, customize the message, and set publication dates.
    5. Then click on the button Publish.
