  • Create a survey template

If you plan to use a survey regularly, create a template! The benefits are twofold: harmonize usage and save time.
  1. In the left-hand column of the display Communication > Information & surveys, select  Survey templates.
  2. Click on the button New, then on New template: a window Create a template appears on the screen.


  1. Write the template as shown in the instructions Conduct a survey, (except for recipients that are not included), then click on the button Validate.
