How do you configure times when you want to be disconnected?
To avoid receiving messages on the days and times of your choice, you can activate the right to disconnect. This configuration concerns the use of discussions or the launch of a chat.
In this case, you will not be able to immediately read a message that has been sent to you during the defined days and times.
When this right is no longer active, the message received will appear among the discussions In progress.

Configure the right to disconnect
- Go to the tab My data > Account.
- Click on Right to disconnect in the left-hand menu.
- In the rubric Right to disconnect, select all the messages or only the messages from guardians and students.
- Choose the days for deactivation. Tick during the non-working days and/or the working days.
- For working days, tick the relevant days and, if necessary, define a time slot.
- Finally, if required, activate the automatic reply function and customize the content of the message to be sent.
- If, for example, a teacher sends you a chat while you're offline, this is the message he'll receive in return.
Force message reception
While this disconnection right is activated, you can still force reception of the message(s). Proceed as follows:
- Go to the tab Communication > Discussions.
- A window Caution appears. Click on Recover unreceived messages.
