Categorize discussions
Creating categories for your discussions allows you to classify and find them more easily.
Modify/Create categories
- Go to the tab Communication > Discussions.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Edit the categories.
- In the pop-up window, you can customize existing default categories (double-click on the color, name and abbreviation) or enter new ones by clicking on the creation line.
- Click on the button Close.
Allocate a category to a discussion
- Go to the tab Communication > Discussions.
- Select a discussion, right-click and choose Classify.
- In the pop-up window, tick the wanted category, then click on the button Validate.
